New installations:
It shall be possible to install electric car charging points for at least 10 parking spaces after every 100 parking spaces without damaging the pavement.
Existing facilities:
By 1 January 2019, electric car charging points shall be installed for at least 2 parking spaces per every 100 parking spaces.
Store parking lots (of stores with a gross area of 300 m2 and selling consumer goods)
New installations:
It shall be possible to install electric car charging points for at least 10 parking spaces after every 100 parking spaces without damaging the pavement.
Existing facilities:
Electric car charging points shall be installed for at least 2 parking spaces per every 100 parking spaces.
The deadlines for implementing the changes:
Net store areas exceeding 1500 m2: 1 January 2019
Net store areas between 300 and 1500 m2:
– in settlements with more than over 50,000 residents: 1 January 2019
– settlements with 20,001-50,000 residents: 1 January 2020
– settlements with less than 20,000 residents: 1 January 2026
